The Waynesville Greenway
Waynesville's varied topography and natural features affords a variety of experiences for the greenway users. Presently, most of the greenway is situated along Richland Creek, through city park land, and along US23 (Asheville Highway) through Industrial Park Dr and finishing at S. Lakeshore Dr close to Lake Junaluska. 1.2 miles of the greenway is located within Vance and Recreation Park where it compliments other recreational amenities. All of the greenway is designed to be handicap accessible.
