Spin Class pm:  New Keiser M3i bikes are here! This is a climb & intervals class set to music with customizable intensity so everyone can enjoy a great workout.  Class will last about an hour with safety, warm-up, and cool-down. 

AM Spin with Wendy: Ignite your mornings with our early morning spin class! Join Wendy for challenging routines, including guided warm-ups and cool-downs. Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:15 AM to 7 AM, Wendy will lead you through 45 minutes of spinning to help you strengthen your body, boost your mood, and start your day strong. 

Stretch & Walk 9-9:25am Total body stretch & strengthen for tone and balance

Stretch & Walk Advanced 9:30-9:55am: Twice as much total body stretch & strengthen for tone and balance.

Zumba Gold: Modified Zumba with lower intensity

Zumba: Latin American dance movement fast paced.

Zumba Basic: Faster than Zumba Gold

Wuji Qigong (the Internal Healing Art): A standing, moving practice to reset the body by releasing  
trapped energy.

Beginner Spin with Wendy: Anyone interested in taking a beginner Spin class.

Hula Hoop: Fun low-impact cardio workout that burns calories, tones muscles, relieves stress and boosts mood while keeping you fully in the moment.
