Waynesville Dog Park
The Town of Waynesville is excited to announce that the Waynesville Dog Park is now open and ready for visitors and their four-legged friends.
Following extensive reconstruction and improvements, the park features separate fenced areas for large and small dogs, a mulch surface designed for comfort and drainage, dog water stations located inside the fenced play areas, shaded seating areas, ADA-accessible parking, and improved accessibility throughout the site.
The dog park provides a safe, welcoming space where dogs can exercise, socialize, and enjoy off-leash recreation while owners connect with fellow dog lovers.
The Town of Waynesville would like to extend a special thank you to Visit Haywood for its generous support of the park's shade structures, helping make the facility more comfortable and enjoyable for visitors year-round.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to come enjoy this valuable community amenity.
