The Town of Waynesville will be having a Spring Mulch sale on March 18th through the 22nd, 8am to 1pm. Additional fees of $10 or $20 will be charged for trailers (depending on size). Tandem Trucks and Roll-offs will be allowed all days. Payment must be made by cash or check.
