Notice of Two (2) Public Hearings, Waynesville Town Council

The Town of Waynesville Town Council will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Board Room, located at 9 South Main Street, Waynesville, NC, to consider:

• A text amendment to the glazing and transparency requirements for commercial uses, Land Development Standards Section 5.10.3- Ground Level Detailing. 
• A text amendment to the findings of fact and consistency statement requirements for major site plans and major subdivisions, Land Development Standards Sections 15.8.2 and 15.9.3.
