Waynesville Historic Preservation Commission

The Town of Waynesville’s Historic Preservation Commission will hold two public hearings on September 2nd, 2026:

• A public hearing to consider the designation of 44 Boundary St as a local landmark (PIN 8615-28-8560).
• A public hearing to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness for the addition of a carport and patio to 421 Grimball Dr (PIN 8615-13-0225)
