Waynesville Zoning Board of Adjustment-Variance Request

The Town of Waynesville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Town Hall Board Room, located at 9 South Main Street, Waynesville, NC, to consider a variance request for the ground level glazing/transparency zone requirements at 1700 Russ Avenue (PIN 8616-36-7164), Land Development Standards Section 5.10.3.B and Section 5.10.3.C.
