The Town of Waynesville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Board Room, located at 9 South Main Street, Waynesville, NC, to consider a variance request from the façade materials requirements for Haywood Community College at 144 Industrial Park Drive in Waynesville, NC (PIN 8616-96-6627), Land Development Standards Section 5.11.1 Façade Materials (Industrial Building Design Guidelines).
