The Town Clerk prepares and maintains complete and accurate records of the Town Council proceedings, serves as the official custodian of all permanent records including minutes, resolutions, ordinances, contracts, agreements, deed and easements and various other documents, provides staff support to the Mayor, Town Council, and disseminate information and assistance to the citizens and other entities as well as the news media.
Candace Poolton has been the Town Clerk since November 2022.
