The Waynesville Zoning Board of Adjustment is accepting applications for three alternate seats. Applicants must live within the incorporated town limits or the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the Town of Waynesville. Regularly scheduled meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm. The “ZBA” is established as a quasi-judicial, administrative board that operates on a level between the enforcement officials of the Town and the Courts to hear appeals of zoning decisions, or applications for variances from the Town’s Land Development Standards.
