The Town of Waynesville solicits, and invites interested and qualified firms to submit proposals for the construction of a pavilion at the Calvary Craven Street Park. Firms must be a licensed general contractor in order to bid.    

The services solicited by this Request for Proposals (RFP) will include construction services as outlined on the bid documents and utilizing the design parameters in the engineering documents.  The Town of Waynesville reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. 

Submissions may be submitted electronically to pgregg@waynesvillenc.gov or may be mailed (3 copies) to Attn:  Preston Gregg, Town Engineer, 129 Legion Drive, Waynesville NC 28786.  Submittals will be received no later than Monday, March 2 at 3:00 PM to be considered.   The bid document and specifications sheets can be obtained below.
