Protect life and property through enforcement and prevention with programs including school resource officers, Neighborhood Watch and the Citizens Police Academy.
Administration
Includes the Town Manager's Office, Town Clerk and Human Resources. The Manager is the chief administrator and is responsible for implementing Town Council policies and developing the annual budget. The Town Clerk maintains the Town’s records, provides support to the Town Council, and provides information to citizens and the news media.
Public Services
Responsible for providing a safe and adequate water supply and wastewater treatment service, and the maintenance of Town streets, sidewalks and vehicles. The department also collects solid waste for residential and commercial customers, as well as maintains Greenhill Cemetery.
Development Services
Prepares growth management policies; land use, transportation and housing plans; analyzes demographics; and maintains maps. It handles zoning, annexation, development plan review, and sign and temporary use permits.
Finance
Responsibilities include budget management, accounting, debt administration, payroll, utility billing and collection, and purchasing.
Human Resources
The Human Resources Department recruits job applicants, processes and screens applications and interviews candidates for Town positions.
